Jobs, invoices and AMCs for service teams.

Fairvisit turns a customer's phone call into a job card, sends it to your technician on WhatsApp, and follows it to a paid GST invoice. It's made for AC, RO, appliance, electrical and repair shops.

Questions about Fairvisit

Is Fairvisit free?

Yes. Fairvisit is free to download and use, with no ads. Everything in it today is free.

Does Fairvisit make GST invoices?

Yes. Tax invoices with CGST and SGST, SAC/HSN codes and the amount in words, numbered per financial year. Shops without GST registration get a bill of supply.

How do technicians get their jobs?

Send a job, or the whole day plan, on WhatsApp: the address, a Maps link and the customer's phone. Technicians don't need the app.

Can it manage AMC contracts?

Yes. Sell an AMC, and its visits are scheduled for the year. Fairvisit reminds you when a visit or a renewal is due.

Where is my customers' data kept?

Only on your phone, in an encrypted database. Fairvisit has no internet permission, and nothing is sent to us.
