What Fairsheet does
One-tap attendance
- Tap a name to clock in or out; late, half day and overtime come from your own rules
- Night shifts and 24-hour doubles count on the day they started
- Paid, sick and unpaid leave, holidays, weekly offs and alternate Saturdays
Salaries that add up
- Monthly, daily or hourly pay, each person with their own shift and weekly off
- Every line shows its sum, and a raise from any date splits the month at the new rate
- Salary advances come off each salary in instalments, or are repaid in cash
Slips and reports
- Salary slip PDF with a day-by-day attendance sheet, ready for WhatsApp
- Attendance, late arrivals, overtime cost and six months of salary, in PDF, Excel and CSV
- Print-ready ID cards and visiting cards for your staff, with your logo
Private by design
- No account, no internet, no ads; an encrypted database on your phone
- Optional PIN and fingerprint lock
- One password-protected backup moves everything to a new phone
